Getting started and verification

Create your account

From Create an account, choose Healthcare provider, then:

• Solo practitioner — creates your doctor profile directly.
• Clinic or multiple providers — creates an organization; you become its Owner, and you're asked whether you also treat patients there.

You can start setting up your profile, availability, and services immediately. None of that waits on verification.

Verification

Verification confirms you're a licensed provider before patients can find or book you.

What "not yet verified" means

Until your submission is approved, your profile stays private:

• You don't appear in patient search
• You can't be booked
• You can't receive payouts

Everything else — building your profile, schedule, and services — works normally.

How it works

1. Submit your details. From your dashboard, open Verification, pick the country you practise in, enter your registration details, and upload supporting documents (PDF, JPG, or PNG).
2. We review it. A VitaBoard reviewer checks your submission against the relevant medical register. This is a manual check.
3. You're live. Once approved you appear in search and can accept bookings and payouts. If we need more, we email you and note it on your Verification screen; the review restarts when you resubmit.

Greece

VitaBoard is launching in Greece first. Have digital copies ready:

• Your regional medical association (Ιατρικός Σύλλογος) and your registry number (Αριθμός Μητρώου)
• Your licence-to-practise number (Άδεια Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος) — optional but speeds review
• A photo or scan of your medical association card or licence
• A government photo ID
• Your ΑΦΜ and specialty title — optional but useful
