Schedule and appointments
Recurring availability, exceptions, and moving an appointment through its states.
Availability
You define recurring schedules rather than creating each slot by hand:
Monday 09:00–13:00, 14:00–18:00
Tuesday 09:00–13:00
Bookable slots are generated from your schedule and your services' durations.
Exceptions
Block time off for holidays, vacation, sick leave, conferences, or any one-off unavailable period. Availability is your schedule minus your exceptions.
Multiple places
If you work at more than one location, your availability is per affiliation — Athens on Mondays, Heraklion on Fridays, online when you choose — and patients book against the specific place.
Appointment states
An appointment moves through explicit states. The ones you act on:
- Confirmed → Checked in → In progress → Completed
- No-show if the patient doesn't attend
- Cancelled per the cancellation policy
Payment state is tracked separately from appointment state — a confirmed appointment can be paid, pending payment, or not applicable.
For video and voice
Join the consultation from the appointment at the scheduled time. There's a waiting room; the patient joins the same room. Video and voice use the same screen — voice-only simply has video turned off. Consultations aren't recorded.
On someone's behalf
At a clinic, an Owner, Administrator, or Secretary can manage your schedule and appointments for you, within their permissions.
