Overview for platform admins
What the super-admin role is for — and what it deliberately isn't.
A small number of platform-operator accounts (super-admins) keep VitaBoard running. Today this is a single hardcoded owner account.
A support and operations role
A super-admin can:
- See every user on the platform
- Manually correct account state — for example confirming a user's email when the automated flow fails or isn't available yet
- Curate the shared catalogues the product depends on — test types, drugs, conditions, specialties, and reference data — approving proposals and merging near-duplicates
- Review provider verification submissions

What it is not
- Not clinical. Being a super-admin does not grant access to patient clinical records. It's a platform support role.
- Not a business role. Super-admin sits outside the organization (Owner / Administrator / Doctor / Secretary / Nurse) scoping model — it's a platform-level exception, not a member of it.
