Verification review
Reviewing provider verification submissions.
Every doctor and clinic is verified before patients can find or book them. Review is manual and, for launch, focused on Greece.
The review queue
Each submission carries the provider's registration details and uploaded documents (PDF, JPG, PNG). A reviewer works through a checklist — the provider's medical association and registry number, licence to practise, identity, and for clinics the operating licence and business registration — checked against the relevant register.
Outcomes
- Approve — the provider goes live: they appear in search, can be booked, and can receive payouts.
- Request more — the reviewer notes what's missing; the provider is emailed and the review restarts when they resubmit.
- Reject — with a reason.
Everything is recorded on an activity log so a decision can be traced. Submissions can be assigned to a reviewer so two people don't work the same one.
Turnaround
Most submissions are reviewed within a few business days. Until a submission is approved the provider's profile stays private, though they can keep building their profile, schedule, and services.
Other countries
VitaBoard launches in Greece first. Providers elsewhere can create accounts and explore the product; verification opens per country over time, with the checklist adapted to each country's register.
