Your profile and affiliations

Specialties, where you practise, languages, and how patients see you in search.

Your doctor profile is separate from any practice or location profile — you can work in several places and be found in each.

Specialties

Add one or more specialties from the canonical, platform-wide list. Search by typing; if the specialty you need isn't there yet you can propose it, and it's usable straight away while a super-admin reviews it. Specialties drive faceted search, so patients filtering by "Cardiology" find you.

Where you practise

Your affiliations describe where and when you see patients:

  • An organization (a clinic you're a member of) or your own solo office
  • One or more locations, each a real place with an address, timezone, and contact details
  • Online for video and voice consultations

A typical setup:

  • Athens Clinic — Monday, Wednesday
  • Heraklion Clinic — Friday
  • Online — anytime you have availability

Languages

Set the languages you consult in. Patients can filter search by language, and yours doesn't have to match the patient's — the app localises each person's interface and messages to their own preference.

How patients see you

In the doctor directory a patient sees your name, specialty, the nearest location and distance, your next available slot, the consultation price, and whether video is available — with a Book appointment button that deep-links into the app.

Ranking considers relevance, distance, availability, and profile completeness. Keeping your specialties, locations, availability, and pricing current is the best way to rank well.
