Your health record

Your profile, medical timeline, conditions, medications, allergies, and vaccinations.

Your record is yours. Doctors and clinics get controlled access to parts of it (see Sharing and access) — they never become the owner of your history.

Profile

Your profile holds your core demographics:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth — your age is always shown from this, never stored as a fixed number
  • Biological sex / gender
  • Blood type
  • National health or insurance ID — the label matches your country (AMKA in Greece, NHS Number in the UK, Versichertennummer in Germany, and so on)

Medical timeline

The timeline is a single chronological feed of health events — small ones (a cold, a follow-up) alongside major ones (a diagnosis, a procedure). Entries come from three places:

  • Things you add yourself
  • Notes and results a doctor records during or after an appointment
  • Structured measurements (vitals, test results) — these also show up on Health trends

As the record owner you always see your timeline in full. The access rules only govern what other doctors can see.

Conditions, medications, allergies, vaccinations

Each of these is its own area of the record:

  • Conditions — ongoing or chronic health issues, plus dated acute conditions a doctor records (for example a bout of flu)
  • Medications — what you take, including items added from a prescription
  • Allergies
  • Vaccinations

When you add a condition or medication, you search a shared, platform-wide list and pick the match. If the exact entry isn't there yet you can add it on the spot — it's usable immediately.

Consultation history

You can see every past appointment across all your doctors and clinics, and read the notes a doctor attached to each one. Again: you see your own record in full; the sharing rules apply to other doctors, not to you.

Exporting your data

You can export your personal data at any time from your account settings.
